“In 2012, during my 4th year at ** *******in the role of Export Manager, a new brand was acquired (property and not licenced) by the ** ******* Holding to complete the actual portfolio: S******. The ownership decided to create a spin-off from the mother company and dedicate a team of “young and promising” managers grew-up at ** *********and challenging them with the Global launch (re-launch in US) in a mid-high Outerwear men/womenswear segment of S******: the most Authentic, American brand with a 110years history but unknown outside the domestic market.”

Marketing Direction

✔ Successfully relaunched ****** globally in 2013
✔ Developed a content strategy for all e-commerce platforms to support an online sales growth forecast of 35%
✔ Relaunched all social and media content for new brands
✔ Concepted, developed and produced all seasonal campaign for all brands
✔ Developed and managed a 7 stops tour across Alpes where the seasonal collection was shown and displayed in an original 1960s Airstream
✔ Marketing Co-op with the most influencer US and JP retailers
✔ Developed a cross area Brand Bible

Sales Direction

✔ New Markets Activation/Re-qualification of existing ones, Sales force recruiting, set up, handling and brand expansion through new business opportunities, supported by a localized and Customized Marketing strategy to support sales (mktg co-op, instore events etc.).
✔ In two years, we achieved the goal to activate an efficient global sales force composed by a heterogeneous (and completely separated from the existing mothercompany once) new mix of agents (IT: master agency +3 agents, UK, DE, FR, SCAN, CH), distributors (JP, USA, CAD) and a direct structure Milan based (show room team).
✔ In three seasons we hit 4MIO turnover with a strategy of brand introduction and positioning and icons establishment, being represented in a selected worldwide distribution: Barneys, Saks, Scoop, Ron Herman (US), Beams, Isetan, United Arrows (JP), Blue Marlin, Bugatti, Lacerba, Boys Loft, Macelleria, Flow (IT), Present, 14OZ, VMC, Pesko, Fott, E35 (EU), Beaker (KR).
