“During the re-organization project of a €120mio turnover Company with multiple brands (licensee and owned) in the apparel industry, the main objective was to create a modern infra-structure & system through re-organization of processes, teams re-qualification and implementation of a design know how culture aiming to a sensitive margin improvement.”
