“Our mission was to create an independent company, Swiss based, with the aim to expand and give the proper visibility to the brands owned by the Holding Company. The objective was to create a dedicated team, allocate brands specific investments and create a culture of success, on-going business and goal achievement by instilling tools and training a totally brand new team.”

Corporate

✔ Investment and project feasibility (area (Ticino), headquarter, warehousing, forwarding partners (in/out), infrastructures.
✔ Fiscal, legal: analysis and partner selection.
✔ 5YRS Industrial Business Plan (key managers and resources, structure and investment plan by brand).
✔ Company policy, vendor manuals, contracts, job descriptions and flow chart, Master Calendar production and diffusion.
✔ Top Management Recruitment (finance, operation, sales & marketing, product development) and teams building.
✔ Software selection and IT support (hardware and software) integrated, order entry system and logistic integration.
✔ Operation Plan: vendor selection and conditions negotiation, production and collection delivery set-up, QC organization and reporting (EU+Asia).
✔ Creative and product development team set-up (Europe and US based) dedicated per brand.

Retail

✔ The first B****** store in the history of the brand opened: 13th August 2015-Newburgh st.– London.
✔ A division has been set up with the plan of new openings (Milan, Tokyo, New York NY). Division and Calendar set up: planning (PNL, investments plan, partners recruiting, terms & agreements – (refuso eliminare trattino) contracts, location selecta, priority target, sales targets, team.

E-commerce

✔ Two brand new platforms (website and e-comm) have been created and a third one B******* has been converted. Division set-up.
